After Graduating in Economics from Catholic University of Milan, I began my career in consulting before joining Parmalat, where I focused on marketing and the internationalization of the Group. I managed the brands Pomì, Santal, Chef, Zymil – and projects in South Africa, Australia, North America, and Hungary. Later, at Trevalli Cooperlat, I held responsibilities in marketing, trade marketing, innovation, R&D, and strategic planning. At Unigrà, I led the establishment of a business unit focused on developing consumption and the plant-based beverage market. Currently, I engage in consultancy for M&A and Industrial Plans. I attended the Entrepreneurship Course at Luiss Business School. I am convinced that our food system needs to be revolutionized to enable people to have accessible, healthy food in balance with our planet’s resources, which is why I founded NSPulse.


After graduating with a degree in Business Administration at Bocconi and a short stint in the banking sector, I have always worked in the food & beverage industry. Initially in marketing and sales, then as the head of Business Units and Companies in various capacities for Parmalat and Danone Group: Italy, Greece, Russia, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Tunisia, Indonesia and the Middle East. Over these years, I've had the opportunity to manage the launch, consolidation, development, and transformation of entire organizations of different sizes and complexities, adopting both integrated and hybrid models in diverse and challenging markets and cultures. I have always been committed to innovating and passionately changing the rules of the game with an entrepreneurial spirit. For over two years, I have progressively immersed myself in the startup world across various sectors—an interest and growing commitment that led me to co-found NSPulse with Federico.
